These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and your purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance of Terms
The Site is intended for use by persons who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and any purchase must be placed and paid for by that parent or guardian. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Products
We offer baby and mother-care essentials, including muslin and cotton apparel, blankets and swaddles, feeding accessories, grooming products, and soft toys. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
Product listings display the declarations required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, including the name and address of the manufacturer or packer, the common or generic name of the commodity, net quantity, retail sale price (MRP) inclusive of all taxes, country of origin, consumer care details, and the month and year of manufacture or packing.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, images, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device display, and minor variations in handmade or natural-fibre products are inherent to the material and are not defects.
4. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise on the product page. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, as described in clause 5.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, an unserviceable delivery address, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where we cancel an order, you will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. In line with Rule 5(3) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we do not levy cancellation charges on you unless we bear equivalent charges ourselves. 6. Payment
The payment methods available to you are those displayed at checkout at the time you place your order. At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Additional prepaid payment options may be enabled from time to time and, where enabled, will be shown at checkout.
We do not collect or store complete payment card details on our servers. Where a prepaid payment method is used, payment is processed by a third-party payment gateway subject to that provider’s own terms and security standards. Where you choose COD and subsequently become entitled to a refund, we may ask you for bank account or UPI details solely in order to process that refund, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, charges, tracking, failed delivery attempts, and force majeure events are governed by our Shipping and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Shipping and Return Policy in relation to shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, or refunds, the Shipping and Return Policy shall prevail.
8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Return eligibility, return windows, non-returnable categories, reverse pickup, quality checks, and refund timelines are set out in full in our Shipping and Return Policy. Please refer to that policy rather than to any summary, so that a single set of timelines applies. Nothing in these Terms or in that policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to place or track an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Account passwords are stored only in cryptographically hashed form and are not retrievable by us in readable form. Our Site supports passwordless login using a one-time code sent to your registered email address. Details of what personal data we collect, why, and how long we keep it are set out in our Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, and page design, is owned by or licensed to Satpuda Retail Solutions (OPC) Private Limited and is protected under Indian and international intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our aggregate liability in respect of any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights and remedies as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within thirty (30) days, in line with applicable law. Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the product or packaging, so that we can assist you quickly.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter to the National Consumer Helpline (toll-free 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) or to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory right, as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to institute a complaint before the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction where you reside or work.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes will, where reasonably practicable, be notified to registered customers. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
